A track record nobody can quietly rewrite
Screenshots prove nothing and everyone knows it. Sharpen publishes your picks or trades as a public page where every entry is timestamped when logged and locked 24 hours later — with a widget you drop on your Whop product page.

- 1Log as you go
Add a pick or a trade in 30 seconds — or import the CSV from your sportsbook or broker. Sharpen stamps the server time on every entry.
- 224 hours later, it locks
Locked entries can still be corrected, but the edit is shown next to the previous P&L, and deleted locked entries are counted. The page keeps its history.
- 3Publish and embed
Turn the page on in Settings, paste one iframe on your Whop product page. Stats, equity curve and the last 25 entries update within minutes.

What “verified” means
- · Server timestamp on every entry, shown on the page.
- · Locked 24 h after logging; results edited later are flagged with the previous P&L.
- · Deleted locked entries are counted — the count stays on the page.
- · Backfilled entries (logged more than 24 h after their date) are marked †.
What it does not mean
- · Sharpen does not connect to your sportsbook or broker and does not audit the entries.
- · A viewer sees the timeline and the numbers, never your notes, setups or emotion scores.
- · It is a journal, not investment advice — results are the user's own data.
For whop owners
The proof next to your “Subscribe” button
Install Sharpen in your whop, log your own picks, embed the widget on your product page. With the Creator plan every member gets a Pro journal and the verified badge on their own page, and your mentor view links to each member's record — the leaderboard members brag about instead of screenshots.
Questions
- What does “verified by Sharpen” actually verify?
- The timeline. Each entry gets a server timestamp when it is logged and locks 24 hours later. After the lock, a changed result is displayed next to the previous P&L, and deleted locked entries are counted on the page. Sharpen does not verify that the trade or bet happened at a broker or sportsbook — data is logged by the user, not audited.
- Can I still fix a typo after 24 hours?
- Yes. Nothing is blocked: the correction is simply visible (an “edited after lock” marker with the previous value). Notes, tags, setups and emotion scores are never part of the public page and stay freely editable.
- What if I import my history from a CSV?
- Imported entries are timestamped at import time and marked with a dagger (†) when they were logged more than 24 hours after their date, so a viewer can tell backfilled history from entries logged as they happened.
- Who gets the badge?
- Every plan can publish a page. Free pages carry a “Sharpen Free” label and show the last 30 days; Pro and Creator pages carry the “Verified by Sharpen” badge and the full history. A whop on the Creator plan gives the badge to every member.
- What is shown and what stays private?
- Shown: display name, bio, win rate, expectancy, profit factor, average win/loss, max drawdown, yield and average odds (bets), the equity curve and the last 25 entries (date, symbol or event, side, size, net P&L, lock status). Never shown: notes, tags, setups, emotion, rules, leaks, capital.
- How do I embed it on my Whop product page?
- Settings → Public track record → Publish, then paste the iframe snippet into any block that accepts HTML (your Whop product description, a website, Notion). The widget refreshes within five minutes of a change.
